The lacquered wood plaque is approximately 6-1/2 inches by 8-3/4 inches. The plaque had an integral easel stand in the reverse that is now missing. The plaque is contained within a velvet covered case. The internal cloth covering of the hings is torn and the wooden lid is cracked, but the case is complete and intact. The red silk ribbon which runs from the interior of the base to the interior of the lid has become detached from the lid.
