Bulgarian M1951 Naval Officer Dagger and Belt with Hangers

The Cold War Model 1951 Bulgarian Naval Officer Dagger has a blade that is generally bright, although covered with a film of old oil. The blade is without nicks, chips or rust. The guard, the pommel and the metal grip fittings all show an old and uncleaned patina. The celluloid grip exhibits age toning and surface dirt but it is without chips or cracks. The pommel displays the Communist Bulgarian star. The leather sheath is split along the rear seam, but the sheath remains intact. The sheath fittings, as well as the belt and hanger fittings, all show the same old and uncleaned patina as the dagger. Overall the set is in very good condition and would no doubt benefit from a careful cleaning.
