A mint and unissued example of the WWII U.S. Army “Compass, Wrist, Liquid Filled” that was issued to American airborne troops in World War II. The olive brown Bakelite compass is marked as manufactured by the Superior Magneto Corporation of New York. The side of the compass bears the manufacture date of “9-44”. The compass is contained within its original box with the full leather wrist strap.
