The exterior of the cotton cap shows some subtle spots and wear to both the exterior and the interior, as well as dust from storage. The front displays a brass screw back Marine Corps eagle, globe and anchor insignia. The cap is tagged as a size 22 and it is named to “V.M. Dence”. The cap is contained within its original carrying box and it is accompanied by the rain cover for the cap as well as a photocopy of the 1945 U.S. Marie Corps discharge for Virginia May Dence as a Staff Sergeant. Overall very good condition.
