The rayon flag bears a manufacturer tag in the sleeve on the hoist edge bearing a DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) contract number which dates the flag to 1992. At that time the forces of NATO were engaged in action in Bosnia in “Operation Joint Endeavor”. The sleeve contains leather attachment tabs at each end. The flag is in near mint condition.
