The pair consists of a World War I Victory Medal with four campaign clasps as well as the medal for World War I service in the Pennsylvania National Guard, this medal being accompanied by the ribbon bar. The medals are pinned to a velvet cardboard backing with a brass plaque that is engraved “WWI Medals of Jacob Wentz”. The ribbons show some fading.
