Arisaka Rifle Type 30 Bayonet by Tokyo or Kokura Arsenal
The blued blade exhibits a finish that is essentially completely intact. The blade is without nicks, chips, or active rust. The ricasso bears the manufacturer mark that was used by the Tokyo Arsenal prior to 1936 and by theKokura Arsenal after 1936. The bayonet has a bird head pommel and hooked quillon. The wood grip plates show typical signs of age and darkening from use, with some scrapes from wear in the field, but they are intact. Both the pommel and the quillon have a dark patina. The blued scabbard exhibits wear and use. Overall very good field used condition.
