2nd Division 2-2nd Medical Regiment Painted Helmet

Model 1917 combat helmet with insignia painted on the front of the 2nd Infantry Division’s 2-2nd Medical Regiment. The liner is present but loose, and the chin strap is missing. While the painted insignia is quite clear, the entire helmet is in an untouched and uncleaned state both inside and out.
