Brown at a 1971 Brigade “Furl the Flag” ceremony by the 18th Engineering Brigade, Major General H.C. Schrader, Commanding. The plaque shows scratches. The rear of the plaque has a recess for placement on a hook, and the plaque also has an integral easel for standing the plaque. A manufacturer label is on the reverse.
