1944 Dated Short Lived White Navy Japanese Uniform Set in the Army Pattern

The uniform is a white cotton set of tunic and trousers with the tunic being tailored in the style of army tunics, with a five button front, two upper patch pockets with button flap closures, and two lower pockets without flap closures. The buttons are gilt navy anchor buttons. The white trousers have a wooden button waist closure and a four button fly with wooden buttons. Both the tunic and the trousers have navy issue stamps on the interior, with both bearing manufacturing dates of 1944. The uniform shows some light spots and age toning, but overall it is very clean, without damage or stains, and it is in excellent condition.
