The front peak displays the embroidered Luftwaffe eagle as well as the machine woven national colors cockade. The wool cap is exceptionally clean and it shows only relatively light wear, without stains, holes or damage. The interior retains the full lining, with minor soiling on the front interior lining from use. The interior crown lining bears a manufacturer code stamp, the size stamp of “56”, and the date of “1944”. Overall excellent condition.
