1944 Dated First Army Artillery / 9th Air Force Staff Sergeant Ike Jacket with Laundry Mark

The tunic has a clutch back “U.S.” disk and a screw back Coast Artillery disk on the collar. Both sleeves have Staff Sergeant chevrons, while the lower left sleeve has four overseas service chevrons. The right shoulder bears a multi piece wool first Army patch with a red insert for the artillery branch. The left shoulder has a 9th Air Force patch. The jacket has pin back plastic covered ribbons for European Theater service. The inteior bears a handwritten laundry mark. The Quartermaster Depot tag is present in the interior pocket. The jacket is without holes or damage and it is in excellent condition.
