Approximately 2-3/4 inches by 4 inches when closed. The police eagle on the cover has been worn off. The document covers the years from 1941 through 1944, with a separate insert sheet for 1945. The cloth document shows some spots and file folder holes as well as a scuff to a photograph, but overall the document is in very good condition.
