1940 Oil Portrait of Adolf Hitler

A very well executed oil portrait of Adolf Hitler that is signed “H. Rotax” and dated 1940. The painting is about 12 1/2 by 15 1/2 inches in size. It was done on canvas, and the painting was not long ago placed on a current wooden stretcher, a common practice with older paintings since the wooden stretchers can crack with age over time. The painting, now nearly 80 years old, is in excellent condition and makes a fine appearance.
