The half liter stoneware stein is approximately 5-1/2 inches tall, exclusive of the thumb lift. The stein is dated to Christmas of 1940, with no unit given but with the stein bearing the Feldpost Number of “23795”. In 1940 this Feldpost Number was used by Army infantry regiment 332. The stein is without chips or cracks and it is in excellent condition.
