The half liter stoneware stein is approximately 4-3/4 inches tall. The stein commemorates service in the third company of Kradschutzen (Motorcyle) Battalion 17. The stein is dated as the “War Christmas” of 1940. The stein exhibits some edge wear and it shows surface dirt and signs of age, but it is without chips or cracks and in overall very good condition.
