The stamped alloy plaque has a brass finish and it is approximately 3 inches long. The plaque commemorated a national race of war veterans in 1939, and the plaque has four very small holes for placement of the plaque on the flag pole of one of the chapters of the Reichskriegerbund veteran association. Very good condition.
