The three page memorandum is dated 21 February of 1936 and it has the issuing designation of “Der Reichminister der Luftfahrt und Oberbefehlshaber der Luftwaffe” (“The Reich Minister of Aviation and Commander-in–Chief of the Air Force”). The document is titled “Betrifft: Ausbildung von Personal fur Laufbahn der Technischen Beamten des Kraftfahrwesens der Luftwaffe” (Subject: Training of Personnel for the Career of Technical Officers in the Motor Vehicle Sector of the Air Force”). The document is approximately 8-1/8 inches by 11-1/2 inches. The first page bears the stamp of the Gestapo (“Geheime Staatspolizei”). The pages show age toning and edge tears.
