The reverse depicts the German eagle breaking free of a chain, with the statement “M. Jahr Deutscher Schichfalswende” and the date of 1933 (“1933: The Year of Germany’s Turning Point”). The medal is approximately 1-3/8 inches in diameter and it has a fine and uncleaned patina.
