1932 104th Cavalry “Best Trooper” Trophy

Approximately 9 1/4 inches tall and 6 inches wide, a silver plate trophy for “Best Trooper”, presented in 1932 to Glenn H. Shanafelt by the NCOs of the Headquarters Troop of the 104th Cavalry. Black plastic base. There are spots on the trophy where the silver plate has worn away, but the trophy remains very impressive, featuring on the front the raised relief design of a horse’s head inside of a horseshoe.
