The document was issued by the Imperial and Royal Ministry of War and it states His Imperial and Royal Apostolic Majesty has by Supreme Resolution of February 3, 1915 most graciously deigned to order that to Your Honor for brave and self-sacrificing behavior before the enemy, the expression of the Supreme commendatory recognition be made known.
