1915 Dated 3rd Imperial Bavarian Jaeger Regiment NCO Field Gray Tunic

The field gray wool tunic is piped in green on the collar, the cuffs, and on the rear skirt. The collar has a border of toned NCO tresse. The sew in shoulder straps each bear the embroidered number “3” in green. The shoulder straps are secured with silver colored crown buttons, while all of the other buttons on the tunic are Bavarian buttons depicting a crowned lion. One button is missing from the front placket. The tunic shows surface soiling and tracking, there are two holes on the right front collar, and the center rear skirt has three holes. The interior lining of the tunic bears 1915 date stamps. Overall the tunic is in good condition and it makes a fine appearance.
