The sealskin busby shows some loss of material on the front left, but overall the exterior makes a very good appearance. The interior leather sweatband exhibits age and use, but it is intact, as is the interior lining. The interior lining bears a broad arrow stamp with a date of 1901, as well as the size mark of “7” and a gilt maker’s imprint.
