12th SS Panzer Division “Hitlerjugend” Insignia Copper Plaque

The plaque is approximately 6 1/8 by 7 1/3 inches. The insignia was created in relief on a thin sheet of copper that was laid over a light weight wood plaque. There is a hanging hook on the top edge. The reverse bears the stamped designation “handgetrieb” (“hand made”), and a handwritten penciled inscription: “Wappen (“coat of arms”) der 12 SS Panzer Div. ‘Hitlerjugend’ “. There is then a signature that is not completly legible but which appears to be “Hugo K___”. Very good condition.
