Sword measures 39 1/2″ overall with a 34″ bright blade that shows one 1/4″ X 1 /4″ spot of rust. Grip and wire wrap are excellent. Scabbard blue finish shows average scuffs and scratches – no dents or damage. Scabbard is stamped 14852 at the throat and C E / G over a Waffen amp on the reverse. Bottom of the guard also stamped C E / G over Waffen amp and is number 14852, in addition it is stamped I / SS runes. An interesting sword.
