WWII 1st Pattern German Army Pith Helmet

A very good example of the German Army pith helmet in khaki cloth. The helmet is in fine lightly used condition, with some spots to the cloth and some scuffing to the leather trim on the edge. The aluminum national colors shield shows some wear to the finish. The underside of the interior leather sweatband is marked as a size 58 and named to the manufacturing firm of Keller & Co. The chin strap remains in place across the front visor.
