Olive drab cotton pillow case cover with olive green fringe, approximately 16 by 19 inches in size, inclusive of the fringe. It appears that the cover was likely manufactured during the war for serving soldiers and then, after the war, separate embroidered wool patches were applied for “World War Veteran AEF”.
