WWII Japanese Seiko Military Wristwatch

The wristwatch has an overall length, inclusive of the leather strap, of approximately 7 3/4 inches.  The watch face has a diameter of approximately 7/8 of an inch. The face has a second hand and the white watch face includes not only black Arabic numbers but red numbers to indicate military time, although the red numbers are worn. The watch stem can be wound and this results in the second hand moving, although it is likely that the watch would need a cleaning for any sustained use. Item number 32490.
