Combat Police Double Decal M35 Helmet by Vereinigte Deutsche Nikelwerke

The exterior surfaces of the combat helmet exhibit scratches, scuffs and some spots of light surface rust, but the field gray paint is approximately eighty five percent intact. Both the Police eagle decal and the NSDAP Party shield decal are approximately eighty percent intact. The leather liner is present, with the liner being dry and torn, while showing clear signs of wear and use. The chin strap is present, also being dry and with the end of the perforated section being torn off the strap. The strap can still be buckled but it is short in length. The interior of the helmet is marked “NS 64”, reflecting a size 64 helmet shell that was manufactured by the firm of Vereinigte Deutsche Nikelwerke. The interior of the helmet reflects age and use, with some interior rust. Overall very good combat used condition.
