The exterior olive green wool body of the cap exhibits surface soiling and age but it is without holes, damage or repairs. The cap body is without any stiffener in the crown. The single ply brown leather visor is quite pliable. The interior lining is intact, with the leather sweatband being present and bearing the “Flighter” brand designation of the Bancroft Company. Overall the cap exhibits very nice character and it makes a fine appearance.
