The exterior khaki wool body of the cap exhibits some spots and surface soiling, with a small hole in the top surface, but otherwise without damage or repairs. The cap body is without any stiffener in the crown. The single ply brown leather visor is quite pliable. The interior lining is intact, with the leather sweatband being present and bearing the“Flighter” brand designation of the Bancroft Company. Overall the cap exhibits nice character and it makes a very good appearance.
