The printed artificial silk flag is approximately 10 inches by 13-1/2 inches. Two corners retain string ties. Affixed to a corner of the flag is a wartime Japanese price control tag or certificate issued by a prefectural textile inspection committee with a red official price-control authorization stamp and registration number 6570. The flag is in excellent condition.
