The cap is constructed in field grade wool, with the front peak displaying a cloth Army eagle and a separate cloth national colors cockade. The top of the cap is trimmed in silver bullion cord to reflect officer rank. The full interior lining is intact. The cap shows wear to the nap, with a very small hole on the underside edge of the visor. Overall the cap is in excellent field used condition.
