The Purple Heart is on a slot brooch suspension, with a bit of wear to the gilt finish. The stitching of the ribbon is gone on one side of the reverse, but the ribbon is intact. The medal is unnamed as awarded in the theater of operations. The medal is contained within its titled black leather case together with the enamel lapel badge and the ribbon bar. Overall very good condition.
