1915 Dated Imperial Prussian Eisenblech (Tin Plate) EM/NCO Pickelhaube

The tin plate pickelhaube retains most all of the blackened finish on the exterior. The brass front Prussian eagle helmet plate, as well as the brass front visor edge, the brass spike, the spike base, and the rear spine all show an uncleaned patina. The body of the helmet exhibits several indentations. A replacement leather chin strap is present on the helmet, with the helmet retaining the Prussian and the national colors cockades. The interior liner shows wear and use but it is intact. The rear of the liner has a snap closure on the tongues, with the snap missing the male section of the snap. The interior front visor bears a stenciled date of 1915 and what appears to be a manufacturer name. Overall the helmet is in very good condition.
