The field gray wool mutze shows surface soiling and spots, but it is generally quite clean and without holes, damage or repairs. The front bears the national colors and the Imperial Saxon cockades. The interior lining is depot marked and it bears the size designation of 52, together with the regimental stamp of the 102nd (3rd Imperial Saxon) Infantry Regiment with the honor name of “King Ludwig III of Bavaria”. Overall very good field used condition.
