WWII German Army Wehrpass for a World War I Veteran

The Wehrpass was issued in 1938 to Johann Stephan, who was born in 1894 and who served in world War I with the 88th (2nd Nassau) Infantry. During his service he was decocrated with the 1914 Iron Cross Second Class. The wehrpass contains multiple pages with inked notations regarding Stephan’s World War I service, including references to the Somme and to Verdun. These do not appear to have been official entries but more along the lines of diary entries made by Stephan regarding his prior service. Overall very good condition.
