The bayonet has an overall length of approximately 14-1/2 inches. The blade is generally clean with an intact dark finish which shows spots and surface grime. The bayonet bears small wood grip plates which show age and wear but which are complete and intact. The pommel and guard have a dark finish with some surface pitting, with the pommel being numbered on the surface and rather indistinctly on the end. Overall very good condition.
