WWI German Trench Knife by Ern Wald Rheinl

The double edged blade is generally very clean, showing typical spots and scratches as well as old oil. The ricasso bears the maker mark and name of the firm of “Ern Wald Rheinl”, while the opposite side is marked “Rasiermesser Fabrik”. The leather washer is in place at the top of the blade. The tapered wood grip plates are without chips or cracks. The scabbard exhibits minor loss of the exterior black paint. The leather belt loop is intact. Overall very good field used condition.
