The exterior black paint is largely intact, showing typical scuffs and scratches, with both decals being present. The party shield decal is approximately 60 percent intact, while the police eagle decal is approximately 85 percent intact. The helmet at one time had an aluminum comb which was removed and the holes were plugged. The leather liner is present, showing use and age, and the chin strap is intact.
