Imperial Bavarian Officer Pickelhaube

The body of the leather helmet shows scattered scuffs and abrasions, but overall the helmet retains a fine shape and it remains in good polish. The fish scale chin strap, the front Bavarian helmet wappen plate, the spike base, spike, and the rear spine all show an uncleaned patina. The helmet retains both the national colors officer cockade as well as the Bavarian officer cockade, with the national colors cockade showing some loss of paint. The full interior liner is intact. Overall the helmet makes a very fine appearance.
