WWII U.S. Marine Corps 5th Amphibious Corps Private First Class Tunic with Overseas Cap
$150.00
The wool tunic bears the embroidered on wool shoulder patch of the 5th Amphibious Corps, with both sleeve having the rank chevrons of a Private First Class. The tunic has subtle tracking and a few tiny holes, but overall it makes a good appearance. The tunic is lacking the waist belt. The collar bears eagle, globe and anchor insignia. On the upper left breast are the large, plastic covered ribbons for the Purple Heart; the Navy and Marine Corps Unit Commendation Ribbon; the American Campaign Medal; the Pacific Campaign Medal with a single bronze campaign stars; and the World War II Victory Medal. The interior sleeve lining shows Marine Corps Quartermaster stamps. The EM/NCO overseas cap is very clean and it is tagged as a size 7-1/8.
