The Prussian eagle front plate is retained through two holes in the helmet. The front metal edge, the wappen front plate, the spike, spike base, and the rear spine all show an uncleaned patina. The helmet retains the Prussian and the national colors cockades. The chin strap is present and intact. The full leather liner is intact on the interior. The interior of the rear visor bears an indistinct stamp. Overall the The helmet interior is marked as a size “56”. The helmet makes a very good appearance.
