The wool cap is lined with thick cotton and trimmed in fur. The front bears the gold wool star on the front, with the star missing the top arm. The fur trim exhibits some wear, and the cap shows signs of use in the field, but overall the cap is in very good condition. The interior retains its issue stamp with extensive handwritten kanji.
