The medals bar carries the 1939 War Merit Cross, Second Class; the Luftschutz Honor Decoration, First Class; the Mine Rescue Honor Medal; and the West Wall Service Medal. The medals are mounted on furled, padded ribbons which show some relatively minor age soiling. There is expected wear to the gilt finish of the Luftschutz decoration as well as to the finish of the Mine Rescue medal, but overall the medals are in very good to excellent condition. The medals bar has a fabric backing and it makes a very impressive appearance.
