Named WWI U.S. Army Air Service 36th Aero Squadron / Aerial Gunnery School Insignia and Medals Group

The group is comprised of the insignia and medals of Private Clarence A. Dunne of the 36th Aero Squadron. The group is comprised of the large multi piece shoulder patch of the Army Air Service Aerial Gunnery School; a certificate that Private Clarence A. Dunne of the 36th Aero Squadron was entitled to wear one war service chevron; The World War I Victory Medal with “France” bar; the local World War I service medal for Otsego County, New York; a French coin that was modified into an identification bracelet with the name of “C.A. Dunne” of the 36th Aero Squadron; a single Air Service officer collar insignia; a single World War I Air Service propeller sleeve insignia; three red honorable discharge chevrons; and a single overseas service chevron. The items in the group are in very good condition.
