The pennant is double sided, with each side having a separately applied white disk bearing a machine embroidered swastika. The pennant is approximately 6 inches by 9 inches. The corners of the hoist edge bear attachment rings. The pennant shows surface soiling, but it is without holes or damage and it is in overall very good condition.
