The group is comprised an uncommon American Library Association patch and a photograph of Miss E.G. Avey, together with additional postcards sent to her, as well as a letter sent to her at the U.S. Naval Hospital at Portsmouth, Virginia. There is also a unit roster and Thanksgiving Dinner menu for 1918 at the Base Hospital at Camp Joseph E. Johnston, Florida. The items are in overall good condition, with several of the pieces having scrapbook paper residue on the reverse.
