The matte finish blade shows spots and scratches as well as very fine pitting of the surfaces. The black plastic grip plates are without chips or cracks. The guard and the pommel exhibit an uncleaned patina and verdigris, with the pommel showing speckling of the plated finish. The scabbard has scratches and abrasions of the black paint, with the rear side of the scabbard having a shallow horizontal indentation that does not effect the ability to draw or sheath the dagger.
