The unlined cotton tunic was manufactured at the Shanghai Arsenal in China, and it reflects use and wear, with some spots as well as a very small repaired holes on the rear of the collar and a tiny repair on the right shoulder seam. There is a faint issue stamp on the interior. On the right sleeve is the rank chevron of a Seaman First Class. Overall very good condition.
